The Huron-based Patterson family — mother/wife Amber; father/husband Spencer; and their four children Elliahana, Maelynn, Ledger and Leighton — met with Angel Martinez of the Cleveland Guardians prior to a Major League Baseball game in Cleveland on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025. Spencer and Ledger made customized cornhole boards for Martinez, which feature him on both of these wooden platforms.
