Tammy Lynn Lewis | Sandusky Register LOXLEY, Ala. — Tammy Lewis, 49, peacefully passed away at her home in Loxley, Alabama after a lengthy battle with multiple health issues. She was a life-long resident of Sandusky until moving to Alabama five years ago. She was employed by KBI in Sandusky.
