SANDUSKY — Firelands Regional Medical Center announced its director of human resources, Jody Meisler-McKillips, has earned senior professional in human resources certification. This is the senior-most human resources certification.To be eligible, you must have at least four years of experience in a professional-level human resources position plus a master's degree or better.Meisler-McKillips earned her master's degree in business administration from the University of Findlay in 2012. She has been employed at Firelands since 2008.She lives in Castalia with her husband, Jay, and son, Jase.Firelands Regional Medical Center also announced Michael Messa as director of supply chain. Messa will oversee the operations of the purchasing office, storeroom, mailroom and print shop. Messa has over five years of experience in the supply chain field and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University.Messa resides in Catawba Island with his wife, Kate, daughter, Evelyn "Evie" and dog, Lilo.
