PREP ROUNDUP: Clyde's Marshall gets 600th career win

NORWALK — Clyde softball coach Marc Marshall got his 600th career win Thursday when the Fliers defeated Norwalk 18-3 in Sandusky Bay Conference Lake Division action in six innings. The game was finished after being suspended earlier this month. Ariah Farrar led the Fliers (7-6, 4-0 SBC Lake) with two doubles, two runs and three runs batted in. Amber Dillingham added two hits, three runs and two RBI. Molly Guhn added a home run, three RBI and scored twice. All nine Clyde batters had base hits in the game. Norwalk dropped to 4-9, 1-2. Peyton Gammie was hit by a pitch to start Huron's seventh. Adelyn Van Sickle followed with her second double of the game. Hinners' single scored Gammie to pull Huron to within 3-2 and Kaylee Albrycht singled home Van Sickle to tie the game. Albrycht finished with three hits and two RBI.
