Train crashes into car, woman charged with OVI

SANDUSKY — A train hit a car stuck on the tracks Sunday night on Mills Street.Destine Massey, 27, of Sandusky — who was driving the car but escaped unharmed before the collision — was cited with operating a vehicle under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and failing to control a vehicle — all misdemeanor charges.At about 11:30 p.m., Massey was driving her Kia while allegedly intoxicated when the vehicle lost control and got stuck on the train tracks at Mills Street, according to Sandusky police Lt.
