Cedar Point treats students | Sandusky Register 75 years ago, 1942: Children from St. Mary's parochial schools were the guests of the G. A. Boeckling Co. at Cedar Point, they being given free transportation on the ferry Boeckling along with their teachers, talking the boat during the morning. Free bathing and other amusements were provided for the children, carrying out out a custom established many years ago by the late George A. Boeckling.
