CASTALIA — Kenadee Lesch struck out 10 batters, helping the Margaretta softball team to a 15-2 five-inning Sandusky Bay Conference Bay Division win over Vermilion on Monday. Lesch allowed two runs (one earned) in the first inning before settling in. She gave up four hits and walked one. Cassidy Lane singled, doubled, drove in three runs and scored once for the Polar Bears (9-2, 3-0 SBC Bay). Tessa Lane (two RBI) and Ellaynah Schaefer (one RBI) each recorded three singles and three runs scored while Lucy Edwards had two singles, two RBI and two runs scored.
