Bolte Real Estate moves into new office

PORT CLINTON — Bolte Real Estate is used to helping its clients find a new home.But the real estate company did some moving of its own recently when it relocated to an office in downtown Port Clinton on East Second Street."We're extremely excited to be moving into our new office space in Port Clinton. We believe it'll allow us to better help our clients and address their needs more efficiently," said Phillip Bolte. "We look forward to giving back to the communities we represent here in North Central Ohio."Phillip's great-grandmother, Ann Bolte, founded the company in 1936, and it's remained in the family's control for four generations. Philip and Renee Bolte-Stine bought the company in 2014.It's grown to be one of the largest independent brokerage firms in North Central Ohio with offices in Clyde, Tiffin, Put-in-Bay and Catawba Island Township.
