BELLEVUE — Ike Brown and Caden Lindsey combined for a six-inning shutout in Bellevue's 10-0 baseball win over Upper Sandusky on Saturday. Brown went the first three innings, allowing one hit while walking one and striking out five. Lindsey went the rest of the way, surrendering one hit and three walks while tallying four strikeouts. Brown singled and drove in two runs while Lindsey singled and scored twice. Sam Bollinger also scored two runs for Bellevue (2-0). The Redmen host Fremont Ross on Tuesday before opening Sandusky Bay Conference Lake Division play Wednesday at Clyde. Upper Sandusky 000 000 — 0 2 2 Bellevue 000 631 — 10 6 0 WP: Brown (1-0). Bryce Davie, Blake Parker and Kash Koch each singled for the Pirates (0-2). Carter Koch drove in two runs and Parker scored twice. Talon Walton took the loss, allowing four runs on four hits in three innings. He struck out two. Micah Maldonado threw the final inning, giving up two runs. Bauer reached on a dropped third strike to start the inning. Bauer got to second on an error by Woodmore pitcher Keil Almroth and got to third on an infield single by Owen Patchen. After a strikeout, Bauer reached home on Clark's bunt to get the win. Bauer got the pitching win, going the final two innings for Monroeville (3-0). He allowed one hit while striking out two. Norwalk 13, Oak Harbor 5 NORWALK — The Truckers scored 12 runs in the first two innings, cruising to a non-league home win. Norwalk (3-1) led 4-0 after one inning before pushing the lead to 12-0 after two. Carter Harp singled, doubled, drove in a run and scored three times for the Truckers. Noah Helton (two runs, RBI) and Kaedyn Warner (two RBI, run) each had two hits for Norwalk while Caiden Wilson singled and drove in three runs. In the opener, St. Paul (3-1) trailed 3-1 entering the bottom of the sixth, but rallied for the victory. Gabe Snyder doubled and drove in two runs for the Flyers while Casey Fries doubled, scored twice and drove in a run. Izaac Snyder picked up the win, not giving up an earned run in 2 2/3 innings and striking out six. In the second game, St. Paul led 6-0 before Mohawk scored nine runs in the fourth inning and five more in the sixth. Snyder tallied a single, double, three runs and three RBI for the Flyers.
