Carmen Lee 'Nannie' (Stevens) Palladino

KELLEYS ISLAND — Carmen Lee "Nannie" (Stevens) Palladino, 74, of Kelleys Island and Macedonia, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, at home with her family by her side.Carmen was the owner operator of Seaway Marina on Kelleys Island.She was the beloved wife of James Palladino; loving mother of Martina (Scott) Ridgway, August Palladino, and Angela Palladino; cherished grandmother of Kayla, Benjamin, Carlee, Emily, James, Juliet, and Joelle; and great-grandmother of Daniel; dear sister of Ivan (Lynn) Bettinger and Bruce Bettinger.Carmen loved spending time with her family and many cherished friends along with cooking, gardening and taking care of her homes. She had a lifetime of joy side-by-side with her husband Jim. Together they built and managed numerous family businesses that have many valued employees.Her sense of humor and quick wit kept everybody on their toes. We will miss her dearly.In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials be made in Carmen's name to Make-A-Wish Foundation, US Bank, 205 W.
