RECURRING EVENTS Sandusky • After School Snacks: From 4-4:45 p.m. every weekday, the Sandusky Library will host snacktime for anyone under 18. No registration is required. • Toddler Day: From noon to 4 p.m. every Thursday, Ghostly Manor Thrill Center, 3319 Milan Road, will offer free admission to its skate and play areas for children 5 and under. Storytime provides opportunities for kids ages 3 to 7 years of age to explore science, technology, engineering, arts and math concepts through books, experiments, art and other activities. Homeschoolers welcome. There is no cost to attend or registration required. • Bio-Logical Exhibit: Every day from Feb. 22-March 29, the Sandusky Cultural Center, 2130 Hayes Ave. (Ohio 4), will host this art exhibit. Hours are 1-4 p.m. Sundays and noon to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays. • Stitch & B*tch Crafting Club: Every third Wednesday of the month, the Sandusky Book Bar, 2101 W. Perkins Ave., will host this crafting club for people to work on their crafts outside of the home while being a little social. • Hoppy Easter events: Join the Sandusky Mall, 4314 Milan Road (U.S. 250) on a number of dates in late March and early April to celebrate Easter. Here's a list of happenings: March 21, Bunny's arrival and petting zoo. Starts at 11 a.m., Easter bunny will be there from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The bunny will be there from March 21-April 4; March 25, Pet photos, happening all day; March 28-April 4, Easter Egg scavenger hunt; March 29, Sensory-friendly Easter bunny from 11 a.m. to noon; April 1, pet photos, happening all day; April 5: Easter Sunday, Sandusky Mall will be closed. • Pictures with the Easter Bunny: From 6-8 p.m. on March 27 and April 3, get pictures with the Easter Bunny at Ghostly Manor Thrill Center, 3319 Milan Road (U.S. 250). Cost is $16 and includes face painting, a jump, climb and skate pass and more. Norwalk • Storytime: Every Thursday from 10:30 – 11 a.m., at the Norwalk Public Library located at 46 W. Main Street. Encourage a love of reading and learning as we introduce your little one to books, rhymes and songs. Geared towards ages birth to 5. No registration required. Port Clinton • Afternoon Storytime: From 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. every Thursday at Ida Rupp Public Library located at 310 Madison Street. If you can't make it to the regular Tuesday morning story time, join the library for a half hour afternoon story time to enjoy stories, music, movement, crafts, activities, and socialization. In case you have older children who need to be picked up from the elementary school, we plan to wrap up in time to get in line for after school pickup. There is no registration required. • Slater's Famous Jazz Night: Every Wednesday from 6:30-9:30 p.m., Slater's Food and Spirits, 1634 E. Perry St., will host live jazz music. Huron • Osborn MetroPark parkrun: Parkrun is a timed 5K walk/jog/run happening every Saturday at 9 a.m. at Osborn MetroPark, 3910 Perkins Ave. The event is free and open to all ages; people are welcome to bring their strollers or dogs. Registration is required and can be done at parkrun.us/register. • Family Storytime: Every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., the Huron Public Library, 333 Williams St., will host storytime with Miss Melissa. Lakeside • Lakeside Easter Weekend: On March 27-28, people can visit Lakeside Chautauqua, 236 Walnut Ave., to take part in Lakeside's second annual Easter Extravaganza. THURSDAY Oak Harbor • The BY Active Insights Series: From 4:30-6 p.m., the BackYard Pickleball & Social Club, 355 S. Port Clinton • Faux Stained Glass Suncatcher: From 4-5 p.m., Ida Rupp Public Library, 310 Madison St., is hosting children ages 5-12 to make a color faux stained glass suncatcher using black glue and vibrant tissue paper. Supplies provided, no registration required. SATURDAY Oak Harbor • Annual Easter Egg & Candy Hunt: Visit Adolphus Kraemer Park, 125 N. Church St., from 2-4 p.m. from the annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the Oak Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce. The event is free and open to kids 12 and under. Catawba • Behind the Brew - Brewery Tour & Tasting Experience: Starting at 5 p.m., Twin Oast Brewery, 3630 N.E. Catawba Road (Ohio 53), is hosting a brewery tour with curated beer sampling, a souvenir taster glass and more. Tickets are $15. Sandusky • Charity Dart Tournament: Starting at 10:30 a.m., help support animals at the Humane Society of Erie County by participating in this dart fundraiser happening at Clubhouse No.3 SportSocial, 220 E. Water St. People can register in teams of two, with a limit of 32 teams. There are six guaranteed rounds. Cost is $60 per team, and teams can register by calling or messaging the Clubhouse or by interacting with the Facebook event for the tournament. • Maritime Lecture Series - Tales of Cedar Point by Daniel Zaleski: From 9-10 a.m., the Sandusky Maritime Museum, 125 Meigs St., is hosting Daniel Zaleski, who will speak about the history, legends and stories from Cedar Point. Zaleski, a native of Vermilion, hosts the award-winning podcast Ohio Mysteries. Admission is included with museum admission and is free to museum members. • Meowstock: Starting at 5 p.m., Northcoast Rockin' Ranch, 8315 Milan Road (U.S. 250), is hosting this fundraiser for the Firelands Community Cat Coalition. Tickets are $45 and include a pasta bar dinner and one drink. This 1960s-themed outing also includes a silent auction and raffle. Help out cats in the community and dress in '60s attire for this far-out event. • Ohio Art Deco: From 2-3 p.m., Sandusky Library's program room, 114 W. Adams St., is hosting Josh Lipnik from Midewst Modern for a comprehensive look at the legacy of Art Deco architecture in Ohio. The event is free to attend. Huron • Pop-Up with La Petite Arti: From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., La Petite Arti will have a pop-up at The Chef's Garden Farm Market, 1517 Scheid Road. La Petite Arti makes and sells cold process soap bars, including all-natural and goat milk collections. SUNDAY Berlin Heights • Cellar Tour with Ben Gammie: Starting at 1 p.m., Quarry Hill Winery, 8403 Mason Road #2, is opening its cellar doors for the first time for a tour with winery owner Ben Gammie. Guests can learn how grapes are harvested, get a wine tasting and learn more. Tickets are $30. MONDAY Sandusky • Super Smash Bros. Tournament: From 2-3 p.m., the Sandusky Library's program room, 114 W. Adams St., is hosting a tournament for the library's first-ever Super Smash Bros. tournament for kids ages 8-15. The event is free to attend. TUESDAY Marblehead • Crafting with Magoo Kids - Marble Painting: From 3-4 p.m., paint with marbles at Marblehead Peninsula Branch Library, 710 W. Main St. (Ohio 163) in this event. Registration is not required but supplies are limited. Huron • Lake Shore Electric Railway Company: At 6 p.m., the Huron Historical Society is hosting a program at Huron Public Library, 333 Williams St., pm the Lake Shore Electric Railway Company. Manny Marotta and Thomas Patton, authors of "An Annotated & Illustrated Atlas of the Lake Shore Electric Railway," will present the program and host a book signing. The event is free to attend. Sandusky • Time Traveler History Talks - The Big-Little Violin, History of the Cello: From 5:30-6:30 p.m., Brian Shifflet of North Coast Narrative is hosting a talk on the history of the cello at Shores & Islands Welcome Center East, 125 E.
