Nostradamus.In Queen's 1975 song "Bohemian Rhapsody," the above lyrics coincide with President Trump's appointment last week of new White House Director of Communications Anthony Scaramucci.Especially last Sunday when Scaramucci did the Fandango with Jake Tapper of CNN's "State of the Union" when asked if President Trump would sign a bipartisan bill passed by Congress that placed new sanctions on Russia for their meddling in the election.Scaramucci said he wasn't sure whether President Trump would sign it because:"There's a lot of disinformation out there. Somebody said to me the other day, I don't want to say who, if the Russians actually hacked this situation and spilled out those emails, you would have never seen it. You would have never had any evidence of them. Meaning that they're super confident in their deception skills and hacking."Now, I bet you're wondering who was the who that Scaramucci didn't want to say who was.So was Tapper, who said:"Wait, wait, wait, you're making a lot of assertions here. I don't know who this anonymous person is that said if the Russians had actually done it, we wouldn't have been able to detect it."Scaramucci, without hesitation, leaked the name when he answered:"How about it's the president, Jake, he called me from Air Force One and basically said to me, 'This is ... maybe they did it, maybe they didn't do it.'"Hmmm ...Maybe they did.Maybe they didn't.Ladies and gentlemen, your new White House director of communications.HALFTIME SHOWAnyway, the person who leaked the president's name to Jake Tapper on CCN last Sunday also went on to say:"Tomorrow, I'm going to be having a meeting with the communications staff and say, 'Hey, I don't like these leaks and so we're going to stop the leaks. And if we don't stop the leaks, I'm gonna stop you. It's just really that simple."Meanwhile ...On ABC's "This Week," Jay Sekulow, President Trump's personal attorney, claimed no one, no one in the White House has discussed whether President Trump has the power to pardon himself.Just in case you misunderstood that, the secret words were "no one."While meanwhile ...On CNN, Scaramucci said he discussed that subject with Sekulow by stating:"I have talked to Jay Sekulow about that because he's a scholar."Oops!Now, to be perfectly transparent about President Trump and the new White House Director of Communications Anthony Scaramucci's relationship, it's perfectly transparent they were not always on the same page.That's right.Scaramucci, back in the day, was very critical of Citizen Trump and his views on issues such as abortion, gun control and climate change and tweeted his displeasure with Citizen Trump's views back in the day.However — and yes, there's always a however.However, last Saturday Scaramucci tweeted:"Full transparency: I'm deleting old tweets. Past views evolved & shouldn't be a distraction. I serve @POTUS agenda & that's all that matters."Ladies and gentlemen, your new White House Director of Communications.Phew!Evidently, President "Tweeter" Trump watches the Sunday talk shows as he tweeted early Monday morning:"Drain the Swamp should be changed to Drain the Sewer — it's actually much worse than anyone ever thought, and it begins with the Fake News!"I wonder if he is referring to the fake news given by the new White House director of communications over the weekend?Regardless, it is time for President Trump to grab the bull by the horns so he can prevent what comes out the other end of the bull.Perhaps, he should consider using a major Madison Avenue Ad-vertising firm to promote his White House agenda. After all, it worked for McDonald's as they convinced billions and billions to trust a man with a pasty white face and orange hair.McTrump?McNo.Nonetheless, this would be the perfect time for President Trump to replace Sean Spicer, the former White House press secretary who resigned last Friday after strongly disagreeing with the Scaramucci appointment, by appointing — Tada! — himself.What better way to "Drain the Swamp — err, Sewer" than to have the person elected to the White House answer the questions intended for the person elected to the White House, rather than a person selected.What better way for President Trump to lead our country than by taking the lead and answering the everyday questions every day?It might be an idea worth considering for President Trump, because with all due respect to Queen and no royalties due, the first six months for President Trump's appointees has been ..."And another one gone, and another one gone,Another one bites the dust!"Register columnist Chuck Hoefert
