2016 Erie County Fair results | Sandusky Register Connie Love, a resident of The Meadows at Osborn Park, poses with her Best of Show ribbon from the 2016 Erie County Fair, along with a photo of her winning flower arrangement. Fourteen residents competed against each other, entering a total of 25 arrangements in five categories: Summer Picnic, using a basket; Japanese Ikebana (a water arrangement); Miniature Arrangement, in which the container could not be over 6 inches; Patriotic Design using red, white and blue; and Herbal Design using culinary herbs. All first-place recipients were considered for Best of Show, and Love received the award for her miniature arrangement featuring small orchids.
