Community member organizes water balloon fight

SANDUSKY — With hundreds of water balloons, people from all walks of life came together on Saturday evening for a community water balloon fight at the Sandusky Bay Pavilion.The organizer, Austin Turner, created a Facebook event that had more than 1,000 people interested in the balloon battle. Although only a few dozen attended, there were plenty of water balloons, water guns and buckets to go around. By the end of the fight, nearly everyone, even innocent bystanders, were soaked and smiling.
