Perkins Restaurant and Bakery celebrates 50 years | Sandusky Register PERKINS TWP. — Dick and Cathie Schuster, owners of the Perkins Restaurant and Bakery on Milan Road, were awarded a proclamation on Thursday from the state house by State Sen. Randy Gardner, R-Bowling Green, for 50 years of ownership within the family. Also in attendance were Dick and Cathie's son Steve Schuster and his wife Valerie along with Erie Co. Auditor Rick Jeffery and Commission candidate Matt Old.
