Local musician's song in TV show

SANDUSKY — Those who watch a TV western drama will hear a local songwriter's song in an upcoming episode. "Blue Eyed Lady," written by Sandusky-area native Denny James Martin, will play in the background of a scene in "Crossroad Springs" airing on Sunday. The program airs on the Great American Family channel. Martin has produced music for TV and film for the past several years. "Martin expressed how important life experiences and the people around you are in influencing lyrics and the emotion of the songs," a news release states. "I've also had the privilege and honor to collaborate with some incredibly talented professionals locally," Martin added. "It's amazing the talent that is found next door."
