Sandusky says goodbye to Kevin Randleman

Hundreds of people listened, laughed and cried during a service for Kevin "The Monster" Randleman at Sandusky High School in the school's auditorium on Wednesday evening. His wife Elizabeth spoke of how the pain will never go away, but spoke of Kevin's impact on people. "He was larger than life. Look at that smile, he is still lighting up this room," said Randleman referring to the many photos of Kevin on the stage where she spoke.Kevin's friends Chris Corso from SHS and Eric Smith from OSU shared stories and their memories of Kevin. Smith told Kevin's children in the audience to call him whenever they wanted another story about their dad. "One thing he is going to leave with you is his spirit," said Smith.Two of Randleman's former coaches spoke as well. Dale Sartor, Kevin's junior high coach, read a proclamation from the city of Sandusky.
