What Cedar Point rides are early entry this year?

SANDUSKY — In 2026, Cedar Point guests who either stay at a Cedar Point resort or upgrade to the premium prestige season pass will receive the exclusive benefit of early entry to a select group of rides. Cedar Point opens for the 2026 season on May 9. For one hour prior to normal park hours, guests will be able ride the following attractions: • Cadillac Cars • Cedar Downs Derby Downs • GateKeeper • Iron Dragon • Kiddy Kingdom select attractions • Millennium Force • Top Thrill 2 As always, the early entry not only gives guests a chance to knock out some rides before the general public but also puts them closer to the action for other rides when the park opens for the day. Note: Gold passholders do not get early entry benefits to Cedar Point in 2026. Changes to Pass Perks Now that Cedar Point has been incorporated into the overall Six Flags system, there will be some changes to Pass Perks in 2026. Last year, the Pass Perks system was set up to reward visit frequency: • Come to the park several times in a given month • Then, the following month, the guest received a pass perk, which typically is a discount on a future purchase. Guests could only receive Pass Perks at their home parks or where they were purchased. For instance, someone who bought Pass Perks at Cedar Point could only use them there and not, say, Kings Island. Therefore, visits to other Six Flags parks had no influence on the reward program. The big change in 2026 is Pass Perks will be rewarded regardless of visit count. So, starting Day 1 and changing each month, guests will find a variety of rewards in their Six Flags mobile app. The other change to Pass Perks is that rewards will be able to be used within your region at other parks. Region-locked season passes For guests who purchased a 2026 gold or prestige season pass at the end of 2025, they received a complimentary All-Park Passport add-on that grants them free parking and admission to all the Six Flags parks. But changes have been made to the season pass program for those buying them now. Currently, only prestige passholders get access to all the Six Flags parks. Gold season passes are now based on region. Therefore, guests with a gold pass now get access to only the following parks in the Midwest region: • Canada's Wonderland & Splash Works — Vaughan, Ontario, near Toronto • Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores — Sandusky • Kings Island — Mason, Ohio, near Cincinnati • La Ronde — Montreal, Quebec • Michigan's Adventure & WildWater Adventure — Muskegon, Michigan, near Grand Rapids • Six Flags Darien Lake & Hurricane Harbor — Corfu, New York, between Buffalo and Rochester • Six Flags Great America — Gurnee, IL, between Chicago and Milwaukee, Wisconsin • Six Flags St. Louis & Hurricane Harbor — Eureka, Missouri, near St. Louis • Hurricane Harbor Chicago — Gurnee, IL, between Chicago and Milwaukee, Wisconsin • Hurricane Harbor Rockford — Cherry Valley, Illinois, near Rockford, Illinois • Valleyfair & Soak City — Shakopee, Minnesota, near Minneapolis • Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun — Kansas City, Missouri If a guest with a gold pass wants to visit other regions, then this person must purchase a separate All-Park Passport add-on. As Six Flags continues to navigate the current marketplace, we expect more changes to be coming to the season pass program. However, thankfully, one of the biggest benefits of early entry and access to other parks is still obtainable under the right circumstances.
