Woman charged for sharing other's nude photo

SANDUSKY — A Toledo woman is facing a felony count after allegedly sharing the nude photo of an unsuspecting woman. Monique Graham, 33, of the 700 block of Buckeye St., is facing one count of disseminating the image of another, a fourth-degree felony. A Sandusky woman contacted police in November to complain about Graham allegedly harassing her for more than two years, according to a Sandusky police report. On Nov. 9, a friend of the victim told her Graham posted photos on a social messaging application that depicted the woman. One photo was of the victim clothed and another photo showed the victim's genitalia, the report states. The victim confirmed to police that she was the subject of the photo. She said she sent the photo to a man she was involved with and suspected Graham got the image from the man's phone. The victim also claimed Graham called her from a Dublin, Ohio phone number claiming to be from children's services. When the victim called Graham out, she terminated the call. The woman wanted to press charges and officers drew up a charge of disseminating the image of another. As of late Thursday, Graham is incarcerated in Erie County Jail under a $5,000 bond. She has an arraignment scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday in Sandusky Municipal Court. If convicted of the fourth-degree felony, Graham could face up to 18 months in prison.
