The business, co-owned by friends Kristin Allison and Anna Esposito, can also combine the raw cookie dough with various Toft Dairy ice cream flavors or mix them up into milkshake concoctions."There is currently no place in the area where you can go and choose from a variety of freshly made cookie dough," Esposito said. "We are excited to offer something new to the area."They view the Marketplace as a perfect spot to begin the business and pursue their passion."We chose to be part of The Marketplace at Cooke because we believe that it will be an amazing one-stop-shop experience for people to come downtown and be able to enjoy the best entertainment, shopping and unique dining," Esposito said.
