PREP ROUNDUP: Wilson scores 28 in Sandusky win

SANDUSKY — Sandusky's girls basketball team overcame a rough third quarter and got 28 points from Shauntha Wilson in a 54-49 non-league win over Lorain on Saturday. The Blue Streaks (1-0) led 28-19 at halftime, but were outscored 22-12 in the third quarter. Down 41-40, Sandusky used a 14-8 edge in the fourth quarter to win its season opener. Wilson had six points in the first quarter, 14 by halftime and 22 after three quarters. Khiya Rameau added nine points for the Blue Streaks, who travel to Edison on Wednesday.
