Learn history aboard cruise

SANDUSKY — The public is invited to learn about local history during a special cruise event, hosted by the Erie County Historical Society, scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Thursday aboard the Goodtime I, docked at Jackson Street Pier in downtown Sandusky. Boarding starts at 5:30 p.m. "This will be our second unique cruise on the Goodtime, and what could be better than a sunset cruise on the Goodtime, dinner on the pier and a little history about Sandusky Bay's incredible history?" according to an event statement. There will be three speakers providing a narration on this tour, focusing on Cedar Point, Johnson's Island and Sandusky's waterfront.
