Dogs available for adoption

GUCCI — Gucci is around 3 years old. He has been at our facility for 217 days. He was brought in as a humane case and is thriving! He has met some wonderful people during his time at the dog pound, but he is ready for his forever home. Gucci is neutered, up to date on his rabies vaccine and enjoys his daily walk, playing in the play yard and being around people. He loves other dogs. We believe he would do well with children. WINNIE — Winnie is a mixed breed female. Winnie is a shy puppy, we are unsure of her history and she tends to be scared of men but we are working on her confidence at the shelter. She is about 4 months old. She would be best with an active family. She may have some Jack Russell and we have guesses on other breeds. TILLY — We think Tilly is a wonderful dog. A smart girl around 3-4 years old, Tilly appears to be a husky and Australian Shepherd mix. She can sit, shake and do high fives. She really enjoys going for walks and runs. The Erie County Dog Pound, 2900 Columbus Ave., Perkins Township, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Adoptions are from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays. Adopting a dog costs $50 to $100, including license and first shots.
