Bank celebrating 150 years

FREMONT — The Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce is bringing attention to First National Bank's major milestone. First National Bank is celebrating "150 years of serving our communities," according to a chamber statement. Brenda Ginnever, the bank's vice president/retail manager and a chamber board member, recently stopped by the chamber's offices. She gave away some bank mementos and invited workers to the birthday celebration. At its three Sandusky County-based branches, a party is planned complete with a customer appreciation lunch, sweet treats and gifts: • Tuesday, Sept. 9 at the Fremont branch, 1300 Oak Harbor Road • Wednesday, Sept. 10 at the Clyde branch, 122 E. McPherson Highway • Tuesday, Sept. 30 at the Bellevue branch, 120 North St. "Be sure to check out First National Bank's Facebook page (facebook.com/fnblifetime) for the full celebration schedule across all locations," according to the statement.
