Make time for vintage market

SANDUSKY — People can look forward to an event that helps them rewind to the past. The year's second Sandusky Vintage Market event takes place from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23 at Mylander Pavilion, 223 W. Shoreline Drive, on Jackson Street Pier. It should be similar to the first event in 2025, which occurred in May. "We will have 25-plus of the best vendors the Midwest has to offer come together, right here in Sandusky at the Mylander Pavilion, to create a shopping experience like no other," according to an event statement. These vendors specialize in "vintage clothing, collectibles, antiques and food trucks" along with more, the statement read. Vendors can also apply to sell goods. For more information, including how sellers can take part in this event, people can search for "Sandusky Vintage Market" on Facebook and/or Instagram. "This market brings all of that together while also supporting other small business owners and collectors like me," event organizer Roni Minzer said. "You're supporting small businesses while finding one-of-a-kind pieces you won't see anywhere else."
