Come 'Bring It On'

BELLEVUE — The Bellevue Society for the Arts recently put a spotlight on the case for its "smash summer musical hit: 'Bring It On.'" It's the society's take on a popular cheerleading-inspired movie coming out in 2000 starring Kirsten Dunst and Gabrielle Union. "Get ready for a high-energy, cheer-filled, teen-powered thrill ride that's bursting with summer vibes and unforgettable talent," according to a society statement, noting it's presented through a special arrangement with Music Theatre International. Directed by Leslie Childers, here are the scheduled showtimes: • 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 11 and July 18 • 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 12 and July 19 • 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 13 Shows take place at the society, 205 Maple St., Bellevue.
