Wayne O. Wiedenheft

SANDUSKY — Wayne O. Wiedenheft, 72, Sandusky, died unexpectedly Monday morning, March 11, 2019, in his residence.He was born May 7, 1946, graduated from Ellwood City High School, in Pennsylvania, and attended Capital University. He worked for NASA Plum Brook and Davis-Besse since the inception when it opened in 1976. Wayne was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Sandusky, and the Sandusky Charter Boat Association.He is survived by his sister, Mary Anne Wiedenheft; brother, Charles Wiedenheft; former wife, Kaiya Tway; three sons, Dan, Scott, and Ryan Fall; grandson, Marshall Fall; and many cousins and their families.Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos and Mildred (Opel) Wiedenheft.Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia, and from 10 a.m. Friday, March 15, until services at 11 a.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 Bardshar Road, Sandusky. The Rev. Philip Gardner will officiate.
