List: 2025 4th of July fireworks

Here is a list of the area's community Fourth of July fireworks events and related celebrations that have been publicized thus far. Many of these family-friendly events are free. Check with each community or organization hosting this event for more details. Thursday, July 3 Clyde • 4-9 p.m.; At Community Park, people can enjoy fun, food and fireworks. More information can be found by visiting Facebook and searching for "Clyde 4th of July Fireworks." Oak Harbor • 5 p.m. to dusk; The village's Independence Day celebration includes a car show, kids' activities, dance performances, live music and a fireworks show at night. It'll occur along the Mill Street riverfront. People can contact the Oak Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce for more information. Willard • 4-10 p.m.; Many events are happening at Willard Park, which include the Huron County Community Library hosting a petting zoo from 4-7 p.m., there will be a showmobile and a skate jam beginning at 4 p.m., MuckStorm will perform the stage at 7 p.m., and fireworks cap off the night at 10 p.m. People can contact Willard's parks and recreation department for more information. Friday, July 4 Fremont • All day: Many festivities for the Fourth of July will happen in the city, including its Independence Day Parade at 10 a.m. and fireworks at dusk from Rodger Young Park. • 2-3:30 p.m. at Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library & Museums, Spiegel Grove; People can celebrate Independence Day with a free patriotic concert by the Toledo Concert Band, featuring members of the Toledo Symphony performed on the verandah of the historic Hayes Home. Lakeside-Marblehead • All day: Lakeside Chautauqua invites the public to take part in the area's Fourth of July events. Among the more notable attractions include a bike parade at 10 a.m., a float parade at 10:15 a.m. a concert from noon to 3:30 p.m. and fireworks along the waterfront at 9:45 p.m. People can contact Lakeside Chautauqua for more information. Norwalk • Dusk at the Huron County Fairgrounds, 940 Fair Road, Norwalk Port Clinton • Dusk at Waterworks Park/City Beach off Ohio 163 Put-in-Bay 10 p.m. at Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial: Celebrate Independence Day with Put-in-Bay's Boom at the Bay event, set against the backdrop of Perry's Victory & International Peace Memorial, on the Peace Garden Lawn. Earlier in the day, there will be other celebrations, such as the class car parade. People can visit the Put-in-Bay Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau for more information. Sandusky • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in downtown; The Sandusky Community Celebration Council is hosting its annual Stars and Stripes celebration from Washington Park on Washington Street (U.S. 6). The festivities include a 5K walk/run, performances from student music groups, live entertainment and the bicycle parade. People can contact the Sandusky Community Celebrations Council for more information. • 7-9:30 p.m. at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions; People are invited to partake in the Kalahari Kaboom, "our all-out, family-friendly event packed with games, live music, food, drinks and festive fun for all ages," according to an event statement. "Enjoy exciting competitions, groove to the beats and indulge in tasty treats before ending the night with our one-of-a-kind fireworks spectacular. It's everything you need to make your 4th of July unforgettable." Some activities may require a ticket purchase. People can contact Kalahari for more information. • 7:30 p.m. at Jackson Street Pier; Firelands Symphony Orchestra is hosting a free patriotic pops concert. It'll feature the full orchestra playing a variety of patriotic and summer favorites. People can watch Cedar Point's fireworks from this spot afterward. Saturday, July 5 Green Springs • Dusk from village headquarters, 120 Catherine St. Huron • 6-10:15 p.m. at the Huron Boat Basin; Huron's government invites people to take part in the annual Red, White & Blues Bang. There will be live music starting at 6 p.m. with fireworks taking place at 10:15 p.m. Sandusky • 10 p.m. at Cedar Point Beach; Cedar Point's fireworks can be visible across many points along Sandusky's waterfront, such as Jackson Street Pier, Shoreline Park and the Sandusky Bay Pavilion.
