Big bridal show promises fun

HURON TWP. — An engaging event aims to equally entertain and enlighten all brides-to-be and their wedding parties. The third-annual Forever I Do Bridal Show & Expo takes place from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday at the Sandusky-area Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. Organizers promise the biggest and best I Do bridal show yet. Jeff Goretzki, the owner of Sandusky-based Rock & Roll Express Entertainment Co. — specializing in weddings, events and other celebrations for more than 35 years — is overseeing the entire event. "This is the area's largest bridal show where couples and guests can get great ideas to plan their most perfect day," said Goretzki, noting the festivities relocated into Kalahari's ballroom this year since "we have outgrown the room we were in last year." "There will be lots of free items, great advice and many area professionals on hand to help plan your dream wedding," Goretzki said. Furthermore, guests can be eligible to win $50 in cash every 30 minutes along with a grand prize of $500. Attendees can also take home other prizes as well. Goretzki then explained how this bridal show, which will feature a fashion show, stands out from others. "What makes this show unique is the diversity of the vendors," he said. "Brides will find professional and helpful vendors for everything they are looking for." Among the dozens of vendors scheduled to appear include venue owners, entertainment companies, bakeries, decor businesses, transportation services and more.
