Agency grows brokerage

PERKINS TWP. — The Sandusky-based Holden Agency recently welcomed Routh Realty to its growing brokerage. Brokers Sally and Rob Routh, married to one another, bring their collective talents and an entire roster of real estate professionals to serve under the Holden Agency in the Sandusky region. "We're excited to expand the Holden Agency's presence in Ohio as we launch our fourth office in Ohio (and) seventh office in the U.S. in vibrant Vacationland, Sandusky," said Jerry Holden, the agency's founder and CEO. "We're honored to partner with local experts Rob and Sally Routh, who we know will represent the Holden Agency as we enter this flourishing and enterprising market." Sally and Rob Routh have been in the real estate business for more than 30 years. They purchased the Coldwell Banker Routh Realty office in 1995. They'll continue working out of this Milan Road (U.s. 250 office) under the Holden Agency brand. "With many years in the industry, the Routh Realty team has been a staple in Sandusky-Huron areas, serving their community and guiding clients through their home buying and selling process," according to a firm statement. "Ready for a new adventure, Sally and Rob are glad to join the Holden Agency as it will give them the opportunity to effectively grow and maintain their business." The Holden Agency, based in Mansfield, OH, "exists to provide a seamless, all-encompassing experience for all clients by offering real estate, mortgage and title services," according to a firm statement, noting it provides residential and commercial services.
