Health center caters to students, staff, locals

MILAN TWP. — Since 2020, EHOVE Career Center and Erie County Health Department have partnered to provide a school-based health center on campus — 316 W. Mason Road, Milan — tailored to provide services for staff and students in EHOVE's high school, adult education and preschool classes along with their families and the surrounding communities. We're excited to share that we have added new services to serve our community. Among the many services this center offers: • Convenient access to services similar to those provided by a family doctor, mental health provider or dentist • Primary care • Sick visits • Preventative health • Chronic condition management • Well-child visits • Immunizations • Travel vaccines • Physicals • Counseling • Dental exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, extractions and root canals The center is staffed by professionals who are board-certified physicians, family/psychiatric nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, mental health counselors and registration/support staff.
