Guests sparkle during Night to Shine

HURON TWP. — The Chapel in Sandusky served as a host site of the 2024 Night to Shine. Sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, this unforgettable prom night experience — centered on God's love and celebrating people with special needs — simultaneously took place at host churches around the world on Friday. This would include The Chapel, in which 350 people attended, which consisted of honored guests, a buddy accompanying them and volunteers. The event offered limousine rides and a red carpet entrance with an ecstatic paparazzi crowd welcome. Additionally, guests could: • Visit hair and makeup stations • Receive corsages and boutonnieres • Enjoy a catered dinner • Take part in dancing and karaoke • Relax in a respite room, primarily for parents and caregivers • Enter a sensory room • Witness a crowning ceremony in which every honored guest received a crown or tiara "This Night to Shine event would not have been possible without the support of hundreds of volunteers and many area businesses who supported the event," according to an event statement from The Chapel.
