Domino's debuts new Sandusky-area location

PERKINS TWP. — Domino's doubled down on its commitment to the Sandusky area. The franchisee for Sandusky's original location, on West Perkins Avenue, expanded his footprint, debuting a new store on Thursday at 4917 Milan Road (U.S. 250) beside Crumbl Cookies. "We are very excited to be opening up this second location in Sandusky," said franchisee Robbie Palmiotto, who also acts as the Sandusky-area stores' owner-operator. He's worked with Domino's for more than 10 years, including the last six years as a franchisee. Along with his business partner, Ryan Frick, Palmiotto's family owns 16 stores in the greater Cleveland area. "This is the first store I have built in Ohio, as my other locations came through acquisitions," he said about the storefront on Milan Road. "We have been fortunate, over the past few years, to grow our business in the Sandusky area and, in order to continue to service our customers with the fastest delivery times and freshest product, we decided to open this new location," he added. "We also want to provide an opportunity to get closer to customers on U.S. 250 so they can take advantage of our carryout offers and experience some of our recent innovations." At the new Domino's, customers can order similar menu items found elsewhere, including at the West Perkins Avenue storefront, Palmiotto said. "The pepperoni-stuffed cheesy bread and loaded tots are two of our newest menu items and have been a huge hit in Sandusky," he said. Palmiotto thanked the community for its support of his business. Without it, an expansion would not have occurred. "We cannot wait to serve customers at our new location and for the entire Sandusky community to continue to experience amazing service and quality with some of the best prices in town," he said. "We look forward to seeing you at the store or on a delivery."
