Feel important at VIP Nails

PERKINS TWP. — At VIP Nails, employees treat clients like celebrities, providing them with luxurious services and an overall elegant experience at an affordable rate. It's the mantra of the Sandusky-area business, 4920 Milan Road (U.S. 250), found in a plaza also home to Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar. VIP recently underwent an ownership shakeup. Steve Otta, who originally took over the company with a partner about three years ago, now represents VIP's sole owner. During this time frame, "He put in a lot of work to completely change the business for the better and brought in some really talented techs in here," said VIP's marketing manager Morena Bruhn, who added the interior underwent an extensive remodel not too long ago. Bruhn emphasized how Otta wants the business to maintain a positive reputation during this latest transition. To do so, employees intend on becoming more active on VIP's social media accounts while offering specials for customers. But customers can expect VIP to still offer similar services as before. This would include manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels and dip powder. The business also wants to get into facial treatment and lashes. People can visit VIP between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Walk-ins are welcome, but it's encouraged for people to book appointments. Following a service, customers "are going to love their nails," Bruhn said. "We have really talented techs who do great nail art. They can do any kind of nail art. Plus we are very inclusive here. It's a friendly atmosphere."
