Locals fueled over lube express rebrand

PORTAGE TWP. — This past week, the Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate a grand reopening and rebranding of The Lube Connection Castrol Premium Lube Express, 250 SE Catawba Road, in Port Clinton. "Congratulations on your remodel and partnership with Castrol," according to a chamber statement. The chamber provided some additional information on these latest developments: The Lube Connection Automotive Service Center, a locally trusted name in vehicle maintenance and repair, is thrilled to announce its rebranding as The Lube Connection Castrol Premium Lube Express. Partners Eric and Theresa Schramm and Will and Sarah Moore, all of Catawba Island, acquired the business in 2010, and The Lube Connection has been serving the community since. The rebranding comes as a result of a strategic partnership with Castrol, a leading global brand known for its high-quality lubricants. As part of this exciting transition, The Lube Connection Castrol Premium Lube Express will exclusively utilize premium Castrol lubricants for all oil changes, ensuring that guests' vehicles receive the best possible care.
