Signs appear around Dragster site

The teasing campaign continues at Cedar Point with the reimagined Top Thrill Dragster ride. On Friday, the walls surrounding the site started receiving new signs about the ride's future. All the words painted on the wall were in a blue color with the following phrases: • Smoke the competition • Get revvved up 08.01.23 • Accelerate your adrenaline • Drive the sky • A new formula for thrills • Nowhere to go but back • The revvvolution continues In addition, the familiar Racing logo is also now on the wall. The park announced that, on Aug. 1, guests will hear more about the modifications to the ride that has been closed since August 2021. Last week it was discovered that Cedar Point started marking the pavement with a logo and put up a new billboard hyping up guests for what was to come to the site. This is following the June CoasterMania event for coaster enthusiasts that gave each guest a keychain of the logo. Guests have also been witnessing the progression of painting the track white and top hat tower a dark grey color. New track with magnetic launch pieces were also recently installed. Strap in, the excitement is building for a new era on the midway.
