Company thanks 2 for 20 years

NORWALK — Fabriweld Corp. recently recognized the anniversaries of two longtime employees at a company luncheon. Chris Price, the corporation's president, honored Mike Weatherspoon, a material preparations specialist, and Bill Ingersoll, an electrical/controls specialist, both of Norwalk, for 20 years of service to the company. "Bill and Mike have been staples in our shop for a long time," Price said. "We're proud to have them and grateful for their loyalty and dedication over the last 20 years." Bio blast A company statement provided some background about the Norwalk-based company: Fabriweld Corp. was founded in 1971 by David Price, a Norwalk native who demanded high-quality welding and efficient procedures. Customers sought out Fabriweld for projects ranging from conveyors and machine guards to custom truck bumpers and repair work. Since then, Fabriweld has grown because of management's determination to manufacture in the most efficient manner using the best tools, highest capacity equipment and most skilled employees. With an entire engineering department, Fabriweld designs and manufactures custom industrial machines and equipment for various industries using processes including fabrication, laser-cutting and machining.
