A 'Rockin' rebrand

HURON TWP. — The former Rockin' Horse Ranch & Saloon, also previously known as Rockin' Horse Saloon, now goes by a new name. Through a rebranding process, at its Sandusky-area building, 8315 Milan Road (U.S. 250), it "will now be known as NorthCoast Rockin Ranch," owner Julie Roeder said. The "new name reflects our commitment to offering exceptional services to our customers while staying true to our roots as a unique venue for hosting spectacular events." The business breaks up into two different divisions: • Rockin' Ranch Event Center — People can continue renting out indoor and outdoor spaces for events such as weddings, corporate functions and other celebratory gatherings. • Rockin' Ranch Saloon — It will be open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays year-round with live music and other entertainment. Staff also serves food and drinks there. "In addition to the rebranding, our facility is undergoing a series of renovations to enhance the experience for our guests," said Roeder, pointing to the upgraded restrooms and a renovated lounge area. "The new decor and upgraded amenities reflect our commitment to creating the perfect atmosphere." Roeder first established the business in 2015 as Rockin' Horse Saloon and a motorcycle shop. In 2017, the motorcycle shop underwent a renovation into a banquet center. The rebrand and remodels aim to "develop the property into a premier destination wedding location with indoor and outdoor event space for both ceremonies and receptions," Roeder said.
