Berkshire buys in to downtown Sandusky

SANDUSKY — Earlier this month, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty — an independently owned and operated franchisee of BHH Affiliates — debuted its new offices in downtown Sandusky. The real estate firm moved from Milan Road (U.S. 250) in Perkins Township to a renovated, state-of-the-art office space at 237 W. Washington Row. Among the areas covered by Sandusky-area office agents reporting there include Sandusky, Huron, Port Clinton, Berlin Heights, Perkins Township, Castalia, Milan, Bellevue, Norwalk, Vermilion, Lakeside-Marblehead, Kelleys Island, and Put-In-Bay. "We are thrilled to be part of the local Sandusky business community," said David Mussari, the local franchisee's broker/owner. "Our decision to open a new office location in downtown was based on our firm commitment to serving the real needs of the local community for decades to come."
