Huron Rotary Festival returns

HURON — Be sure to come hungry to this weekend's Huron Rotary Festival taking place from 7-10 p.m. on Friday and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday at the Huron Boat Basin & Amphitheater property. Enjoy great food trucks, a beer and wine garden, live entertainment and shop with local artists and makers. The Huron Rotary Club is happy to be back, after two years off due to COVID, offering this great community event to help raise money for local service projects and high school scholarships. The club's motto "service above self" is exemplified through their many service projects including highway cleanups, food drives, dictionaries for third graders, an annual community Halloween event and many other contributions made to local, national and international worthy causes. The Huron Rotary Festival is the primary fundraiser every year that helps raise money to give back. We have missed the past two years of this great community event, which raises money for all the great things we do. We are working hard and looking forward to everyone stopping down. Our club has worked hard putting together an event for all ages including the various food trucks and vendors, and the very diverse live music over the weekend.
