Pulp coming to Perkins

PERKINS TWP. — Not many details are known about a new eatery coming to Perkins Township, but the Register squeezed out a few details from sources. Officials recently learned Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar will be built inside a strip plaza at 4920 Milan Road (U.S. 250). It's located beside Outback Steakhouse. The franchise boasts about 50 locations, an overwhelming majority in Ohio, with many found off Ohio 2 between Sandusky and Cleveland. "Pulp was created to be a better juice and smoothie bar," according to an organizational statement. The menu consists of smoothies, juices, wraps, salads and more. Pulp focuses on "being truly healthy with our products and never compromises on quality," the statement read. "Our quick and friendly staff is passionate about making your visit to Pulp a great part of your day. Our stores are clean, smell of fresh-squeezed orange juice and welcome you with vibrant colors and smiling faces. We hope you love the Pulp experience." Multiple calls and messages placed by the Register to a spokesman, seeking additional details, went unreturned.
