Serving Our Seniors offers roofing program | Sandusky Register SANDUSKY — Serving Our Seniors is accepting applications from Erie County residents, ages 60 and older, who need, but cannot afford, to replace the roof on the home they are living in and own. Applicants cannot own any other real estate. The deed to the home must be in the senior citizen's name who is applying for the roof replacement. The home must be structurally sound, safe and sanitary for habitation; the real estate taxes on the home must be current.
