One-year suspension recommended for Repp | Sandusky Register After considering a case involving allegations of misconduct by Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court Judge Mark E. Repp, the Board of Professional Conduct of the Supreme Court of Ohio announced Friday it recommended the judge receive a one-year suspension, unpaid, from the practice of law in Ohio.
