SOFTBALL ROUNDUP: Top of Huron's order dominates win at Fremont

FREMONT — Huron put up five runs through three innings before a 10-run fourth inning sent the Tigers on their way to a mercy-rule win, 15-0, on Wednesday evening. The top of the Huron order did most of the damage. Eliza Maloney had three hits, including a home run, out of the cleanup spot. Meadow Bess went 4-for-4 in the two-spot. And Rae Roldan and Carly Chambers both tallied three hits of their own. Kennedy Camp pitched four shutout innings, allowing two hits and striking out five, to earn the victory. The Lady Red were led by Kearston Lunsford's 3-for-5 day with four runs. Kendall Collins had two hits, including a triple, and Kyra Henney drove in three runs.
