Joanne Marie Hartley

BELLEVUE — Joanne Marie Hartley, 58, of Bellevue, passed away at her home on April 19, 2017, after a lengthy illness.She was born Nov. 24, 1958, in Bellevue, the daughter of Richard and Alice (Schaffer) Schneider.Joanne was a member of the VFW and Eagles Auxiliary and enjoyed watching NASCAR, knitting and crocheting. More than anything she had a deep devotion to her five grandchildren.She is survived by her three sons, Shawn Hartley of Troy, Ohio, Travis Hartley of Attica and Rick Hartley Jr. of Clyde; five grandchildren; a brother, Gerard "Jerry" Schneider of Monroeville; sisters, Martha (Bugs) Justi of Milan, Frieda (Don) Miller of Wooster, Ohio, and Sharon (Ray) Schock of Bloomville.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Rick Hartley Sr.Private graveside services will be Monday, April 24, in Bellevue Cemetery. Following burial everyone is invited to VFW Post 1238, 2001 E. Main St., Bellevue, for a Celebration of Life at noon.Joanne's family would like to thank Dr. Reese, Siedman Cancer Center, Fr.
