PREP ROUNDUP: Huron wins at Oak Harbor, tightens SBC Bay race

OAK HARBOR — Huron tightened up the race in the Sandusky Bay Conference Bay Division with a 50-41 victory over Oak Harbor on Friday night. The Tigers, who scored 22 points in the fourth quarter, dropped Oak Harbor into a first-place tie with Willard, which defeated Edison 81-48. The Rockets and Crimson Flashes are both 6-2 in league play. Huron and Margaretta each have three losses. Dylan Hohler led Huron (7-4, 4-3) with 16 points Friday. The Tigers host Willard next Friday. Blake Booker led the Rockets with 18 points. Booker made three 3-pointers to set the Oak Harbor record for 3s in a season (62) and career (148).
