Vicki Marie Stacey Steele

MARION, Ohio — Vicki Marie Stacey Steele, 55 of Marion, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, at Marion General Hospital. She was born on Aug. 29, 1965, in Sandusky to Wilma Jean Stacey and Allen Stacey, Jr. Vicki was baptized at Ebenezer Baptist Church at an early age and graduated from Sandusky High School. She was a licensed cosmetologist and sold Fashion Fair cosmetics and jewelry for many years. Vicki was a natural caregiver and spent her days taking care of others as a home healthcare provider for Freedom Home Health. Vicki adored her daughters and grandchildren, and she lit up every room she entered. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by family, friends and everyone who knew her. Vicki is survived by her father, Allen (Jean Ann) Stacey, Jr.; two daughters, Taryn Elizabeth Marie (Matthew, Jr.) Steele-Mason and Alexxis La'Shell Moon; special "bonus" daughter, LaToya Jones; grandchildren, Maliah Marie Mason, Mylynn Arnetta Elaine Mason, Matthew Allen Reign Mason, and Miami Amore Mason; and special nieces and nephews, Corrin Stacey, Coree Stacey, Corissa Philon, Niya Price, Candis Price, Breyden Stacey, Elgin Mason and Jordan Brown. She was preceded in death by her loving mother and grandparents, William and Martha Sallee, and Allen and Lucy Lee Stacey, Sr. Visitation will be from 3–5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3 until a private family service at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
