SANDUSKY Three Sandusky Central Catholic staff members were honored for their excellent contributions during the first quarter and were nominated by a peer. • Allison Ahrens, eighth grade and high school math teacher, was recognized for being always willing to take a leadership role, share her expertise with other staff members and try new teaching techniques. • Mandy Fleck, a preschool aide, was recognized for entering work with a smile every day and bringing so much joy to the children in her class. She is one of the first people to jump in and ask if you need anything. She speaks so highly of being an St. Mary Central Catholic High School alumna and is very proud to still be part of the Panther family. • Donna Colvin, on the maintenance staff, was recognized for the hours she puts in every day to make SCCS a safe and healthy environment for students and staff and brightening everyone's day with her cheerful attitude and snacks she brings to share.
