Police: Man pulls out penis during arrest

PERKINS TWP. — During an arrest Monday night, a man took out his penis and asked police officers to perform sex acts on him. He also urinated in the back of a police cruiser.Christian D. Harris, 33, of Dayton, is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, having a blood alcohol content over the legal limit, failure to drive in marked lanes and failing to yield.An Erie County Sheriff's deputy spotted Harris car traveling southbound on U.S. 250 at Bogart Road at about 10 p.m. The car then made an "abrupt" turn and almost hit a car in the intersection, according to a police report.The deputy believed Harris was intoxicated and asked him to step out of the vehicle and perform sobriety tests, the report read.Harris reportedly lost his balance during a one leg standing test, and the deputy stopped him and placed him in handcuffs.Police had a towing company take the car away, and Harris then became "irate," the report read.As the deputy transported Harris to Perkins Police Department for a breathalyzer test, Harris began to yell and swear at the officer.When they arrived at the police station and were waiting to be let inside, Harris started to walk away from the deputy, so the deputy grabbed him by the arm and led him indoors, the report read.When they were inside, Harris allegedly continued to swear at officers and made "obscene" comments regarding officers' family members and made racial slurs toward officers.Police said Harris then took his penis from his pants and asked the officers to "perform sexual acts on him," the report read.Harris then tried to force himself to vomit. An officer gave him a trash can to use, but Harris then allegedly kicked the can over and trash spread over the floor, according to the report.He then agreed to take a breath test, which yielded a .172 percent reading. The legal limit is .08.After the test, Harris began pulling money out of his pockets and dropping it to the floor. A deputy picked up several bills he dropped and placed it back inside Harris' pocket, which caused Harris to accuse the deputy of stealing his money, the report read.As a deputy was transporting Harris to the Erie County jail, Harris told him he was going to urinate in the back seat of the cruiser — which he then did.
