Suspects in 3 recent murders indicted

SANDUSKY — Suspects who are charged in relation to recent murders in Erie County were indicted Thursday.A special session of the Erie County grand jury indicted four people:William Brown Jr.William Brown Jr., 47, of Huron, was indicted on two counts of murder in relation to an alleged killing on Thanksgiving Day on Willow Drive.Brown Jr. is accused of killing his brother, Michael Brown, 55, who was found dead inside the home along with evidence of an assault, police previously told the Register.Brown Jr. was arrested after returning to the scene on Thanksgiving and has been incarcerated in the Erie County Jail without bond ever since.Demetrius Hall and Tausha PatchA Fremont man and woman were both indicted for their alleged role in stabbing a Sandusky man to death Dec. 8 outside Golden Corral on Milan Road.Demetrius Hall, 28, was indicted on three counts: aggravated murder, murder and tampering with evidence. Tausha Patch, 33, was indicted on two counts of complicity, one count of tampering with evidence and one count of obstructing justice.Hall is accused of stabbing Cevin Stanley, 32, who worked at Golden Corral, outside the restaurant following an argument inside, police previously told the Register. Patch allegedly drove herself and Hall from the scene after the stabbing.The pair were found and arrested in Fremont on Dec. 9. Both Hall and Patch remain in the Erie County jail on $2 million bonds.Bren'Davion DurrThe grand jury also indicted a Sandusky man accused of shooting another man to death in an alley this past Saturday.Bren'Davion Durr, 20, was indicted on two counts each of aggravated robbery and tamping with evidence, along with one count of aggravated murder, having weapons under disability and receiving stolen property.Durr and a 17-year-old have both been charged with shooting and killing De'Yon Hill, 21, of Sandusky, in an alley near Dewey Street. The 17-year-old was not listed in the special grand jury report.Durr was also shot during the incident, and was treated and released from the hospital before eventually being named a suspect in Hill's death.
